About Us:

Gerber Construction Inc. is a growing construction company looking to add to our team. We are
looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team
and support our office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter vendor invoices into accounting system
  • Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
  • Organize and maintain delivery tickets and receipts
  • Process monthly payables
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Handle CBYD (Call Before You Dig) renewals
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Part-Time (hours flexible, 20 hrs per week)

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
